I have never seen any round like this before. But again, I rarely leave the house. We take some polyethylene capsules, added a small amount of lead shot for ballast and filled up the rest with finelyground iron oxide. Finally, we snipped off the stems which allowed the iron oxide to escape the capsule, leaving dust in its wake. This was the result we had hoped to achieve.

7 out of 7 functioned and we were happy with the results.
