This shows me following and during having spasms in my back, which ended up throwing me on the floor where I stayed for more than half an hour.
During this short film, you will see me as my body goes into a full spasm and my head gets banged on the floor. I try my best to protect myself by trying to hold on the door frame where I gave landed in between the kitchen and the living room.
Only my hands being bad I cannot hold anything for long, bear the end I drop the phone I am recording with in my stomach.
Following this spasm attack, I get in touch with my partner who comes home to help me.
I was very scared, very upset, and was extremely shook up following this attack. I could not stand up fully for quite a few hours, as my back had pulled me downwards.
This was yesterday, following an uncomfortable night I am a lot better today although the muscles have spasmed a bit again today. I use a lot of muscle gel to help reduce I glam nation and pain :(
