I ordered this plane in Dec 2023, and after 6 months of waiting it finally arrived. When I maidened this plane two days ago, It needed tons of down elevator trim. It would just shoot for the sky, and when I put it inverted, it would do the same. So that told me it was very tail heavy. I slid the battery all the way forward till it is right next to the motor. It still needed a bunch of down elevator for normal flight, but when I flipped it over it flew inverted with just a breath of down elevator to keep it level. I have 2 other UMX planes (the UMX air tractor and UMX Turbo Timber Evolution), and they are really great fliers. But they all fly differently. This one is more agile than the air tractor, but not as much as the Turbo Timber Evolution. It is a hoot to fly, and is what I fly when I want to relax, but still have a plane that is aerobatic. All three handle wind just fine. This is a pretty small plane and Wendy had a hard time filming it, especially since I was dancing all over the sky with it.
