Today I am in Sulmona, a city in Abruzzo with a crazy view of the Apennines and in particular the Gran Sasso.
I'm here because I came to Luca Russo, an expert posturologist and biomechanist who is an expert in running, to be examined.

The visit consists of various tests, a visit to fixators and on the treadmill to evaluate any problems with the muscles, joints or other nature, the support, the impacts in running and the running technique is also evaluated.

And it is precisely this last one, the running technique, that is my main problem.
I finally found the problem and so I can fix or mitigate it.
