REDj Run Everyday January a challenge for runners, can you run every day in January?
January is a difficult month, we leave the Christmas holidays weighed down, it's cold and the days are still short.
The risk of depression is eight high and to feel better it is proposed to run at least one km every day.
Physical activity and endorphins are certainly an excellent remedy for overcoming a difficult month like this and help you feel better.
I broke every running record except the 1/2 marathon:
total number of training hours
total km travelled
PB 5km
PB 10 km
