Eahora finally sent us a replacement clutch gear as they said that will fix the issue with the bike not working. We just paid $250 CAD to a bike shop to fix the bike with the new clutch gear and it still DOES NOT work.

ontop of that eahora still has not given all the parts they promised us. they still have not sent us the rear fender, break pads, and 280$ refund they promised.
