I got this bike new from Eahora on Amazon. After the 1st mile of riding on a somewhat level road the bike lost power for a maximum speed of 5 mph in any pedal assist setting. Error code 08. The code went away but the loss of power remains. In this video i will talk about my experience with Eahoras customer service, cost of the bike, and possible symptoms. UPDATE 6/11/24 The problems are all mine i had the setting wrong. I apologized to Eahora.
