Some Tips:

1. Dodge his attacks and hit him with some heavy attacks. He will get angry then
2. Try to stay at some distance from him, then he will hit you with shock wave or the force (appears in circle).
3. Avoid the shock wave, when he hits you with force (Circle will appear), stay in that circle it will throw you upwards. Then shoot him in his head and then he will fell down then do a stun attack.
4. When he fell down for the 2nd time he will be very angry, then he will try to put you in cage, avoid it and keep hitting him with heavy attacks.
Recommended skill: Dual heavy wield.
Recommended ability: Dive of Valkyries Most useful skill
Recommended weapons: 1st hand: Spear or 2 hand sword. 2nd hand: 2 handed axe + light bow.
