Hi guys today we're going to be taking a look at something very cool and somewhat uncommon. This vest was used by the East German Fallschirmjager, who were the airborne forces of the military of former east Germany. From what I've seen these vests began to be used around the mid 70's and pretty much were exclusively with the Fallschirmjager and Diensteit IX, the east German counter terrorist force. This particular version is unissued with no signs of wear, which makes it a great example to examine. Watch the video till the end to see all the neat and interesting features this vest has to offer.
