Ingredients:
200 ml of milk (4/5 cup)
10 g dry baker's yeast (1/2 tbsp)
600 g of wheat flour (4 and a half cups)
150 g sugar (3/4 cup)
2 eggs
80 g unsalted butter (5 tbsp)
zest of the peel of 1 orange and 1 lemon
a little orange blossom water
5 g of salt (1 tsp)
(1 egg + 1 pinch of salt) to paint
decorate to taste
Whipped cream for the filling:
500 ml whipping cream (2 cups)
60 g icing or common sugar (1/3 cup)
8 g vanilla sugar or essence (1 tsp)
