The following video covers simple cost effective ways to relieve neck pain and associated radicular pain into the shoulder, arm and hand. Radicular symptoms are those that cause pain and numbness in the upper and lower extremities as a result of a central nerve root impingement. Nerve roots can be pinched as a result degenerative findings, disc herniations and other forms of impingement. This exercise should only be relieving and if painful please stop and speak with a medial practitioner.
