This crochet baby dress can also be made smaller or bigger by simply changing your hook size and making it in the exact same way as this tutorial. Just remember these sizes are not exact they are approximate since not all babies are the same size.

TO MAKE SMALLER OR BIGGER
NB use 2mm hook with Dk, 8ply or #3 yarn
03M use 3mm hook with Dk, 8ply or #3 yarn
36M use 3.5mm hook with Dk, 8ply or #3 yarn
69M use 4mm hook with Dk, 8ply or #3 yarn
912M I used 4.5mm hook with Dk, 8ply or #3 yarn

Materials used:
Baby dress = 165g of #3 yarn ( I used Premier Cotton Sprout)
Baby headband= 9g of #3 yarn ( I used Premier Cotton Sprout)
Ribbon for bow: 7/8in wide and about 24in long with premade flower sewn in the center and purchased from Joanns
Ribbon around waist: 3/16in wide and long enough to go around the waist about 18in
