In this video I show you how to make an easy diy gold drip cake without the hassle of painting the drips. I just drip the gold directly on the cake. This is my new favourite method as it's so easy and takes lesser time. The edible gold dust is mixed with lemon extract and powdered sugar to achieve a dripping consistency and the gold drips are then applied directly onto the cake. The cake is a 3layer vanilla cake covered with American buttercream before the gold drips are applied.

1 teaspoon of edible gold dust
4 teaspoons of lemon extract
1/2 tablespoon of icing sugar
