1. 1st Option
300ml coconut milk
2 eggs
100g palm sugar
Shredded coconut meat
1/2 tsp salt
6g baking powder
85g rice flour
85g all purpose flour

2. 2nd Option (no egg):
400ml coconut milk
100 palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Shredded coconut meat
6g baking powder
2.5g baking soda
225g all purpose flour
60g corn flour
