We are happy to share with you the recipe of our go to Vanilla Butter Cake that we enjoy during evening tea :). My partner Suranga loves it, well, of course Manike (our dog) too. But, she gets only a small piece as Sugar is not good for dogs (just for dogs? lol)

Baking: 3040 minutes at 350F

Check below for ingredients,

2 sticks/ 227g butter (a bit more for pans)
4 large eggs
1 1/4 cups/ 250g sugar
3 cups/ 360g all purpose flour (a bit more for pans)
1 1/4 cups/ 300ml whole milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
two 8.5in x 4.5 in loaf pan or two 9in round pan
