If you’re looking for an easy and flavorful potato side dish, look no further! My easy ovenroasted potatoes are flavorpacked with thyme, parsley, garlic and a touch of parmesan cheese. They pair well with just about any main entrée – beef, chicken, lamb, pork and seafood! It’s my goto potato recipe for hosting dinners, grilled or roasted meats and everyday meals! This 30minute potato recipe is always a hit for dinner! Plus, you can season them with your favorite spices and herbs, too!

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs (910 g) baby potatoes
Salt and black pepper
2 to 3 tbsp (2843 g) butter, melted
2 to 3 tbsp (3045 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1 tbsp parsley
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
For Topping:
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp fresh thyme
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
