It's that time of the year again when I make one of my all time favorite Christmas treats, and that is these awesome candied pecans! I think y'all will enjoy this recipe! Here is the Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 egg white
2 tsp water
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 lb pecan halves
1 cup sugar
1/2 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees fahrenheit
2. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray
3. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl
4. Whisk egg white, water and vanilla in separate bowl until frothy
5. Add pecans to egg white mixture and stir
6. Add cinnamon and sugar mixture to the coated pecans and mix
7. Spread out in a single layer onto prepared baking sheet
8. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes
