To make a quiche lorraine, use 1/2 cup of chopped yellow onion, 5 slices of chopped tempeh bacon, and two medium tomatoes (chopped) Cook the veggies in 1 tbsp of olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then add the veggies and bacon mixture to the pie crust along with 1/2 cup vegan cheddar cheese and follow the baking instructions in the recipe above.
