For 6 buns:
160 g rice flour
200 g maize starch
40 g potato starch or tapioca starch *
12 g xanthan gum
8 g salt
8 g sugar
4 g dry yeast
360 g lukewarm water
(*) If you don't have it add 40 g more corn starch
