An easy, protein packed THM alternative to flat bread.
1 cup quinoa
1 cup water
Salt
Everything bagel seasoning
Blend quinoa, salt and water in blender until it forms a batter
Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, flip and bake for another 810 minutes
This is glutenfree, dairyfree and full of healthy carbs! Can be used as pita, flatbread, crackers, pizza crust and more.
