Student mailboxes are a must have for every classroom, however, I'm not a huge fan of the big, bulky, mailboxes that most teachers love. Actually, it's not that I dislike them. I've just never had the space for one and they are expensive.

In this video, I share what I use instead. This simple hack has worked great as student mailboxes for the classroom in a first and second grade classroom. The best part is, you can create one for less than $10 and it takes up a third of the counter space.
