I made an old style Mammoth bread

Bread dough recipe
==========
1 cup of hot water (240ml, 240g)
1/4 cup flour (60ml, 35g)
1/4 cup cold milk (60ml, 60g)
3 tablespoons of sugar (45ml, 36g)
1 teaspoon salt (5ml, 6g)
1 teaspoon of instant dry yeast (5ml, 3g)
Plain or strong flour 2.5 cups (600ml, 365g)
2 tablespoons of room temperature butter (30ml, 30g)

Soboro dough recipe
=============
3 tablespoons butter at room temperature (45ml, 45g)
1 tablespoon of peanut butter (15ml, 15g)
1/4 cup of hotpot (60ml, 50g)
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of baking powder
1/2 cup plain flour (120ml, 75g)

60 minutes for the first fermentation
middle fermentation for 15 minutes
==================================
Put in an unheated oven and set 180 degrees (355F)
Bake for 20 minutes after reaching 180 degrees.
