Ingredients
1/4 cabbage (450g)
1 small spoon of salt
3 eggs
glass noodles (1 paper cup)
green onion
1 spoon of minced garlic
1112 sheets of rice paper
Cooking oil
Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 spoon soy sauce
1/2 spoon of oyster sauce (can be omitted)
1 spoon of sesame oil.
* Noodles may be omitted.
* If you cannot shred cabbage with a knife, you may chop it into small pieces.
* Dip cabbage in water with salt and vinegar for about 10 minutes, wash it in water, and use it.
