After hundreds of kilometers aboard a Soviet van crossing the most sparsely populated country in the world, a vast void that connects land and sky, we finally arrived at the Gobi Desert, the largest desert in Asia and the fifth largest desert in the world.
In this remote region of Mongolia we were very well received by a nomadic family who, in addition to offering us shelter, made a point of giving us a feast, in the best and most traditional local style.
