The Queen of Tacos @Sanchezrosio welcomed us to Hija De Sanchez and we ate the BEST tacos in Copenhagen

Chef Rosio Sanchez, founder of Sanchez and Hija de Sanchez. Has worked with America's top chefs like @wyliedufresne , before moving to Copenhagen to work under @reneredzepinoma at @nomacph.

She has recently been featured on the Bear on FX/Hulu costarring Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edebiri & Matty Matheson.

Most Danes have been familiar with the name Rosio Sánchez since 2015. But when the taqueria of the Copenhagenbased chef won the title for the best street food in Europe, her fame travelled far and wide.

In 2010, Sánchez received an email that ultimately changed her life. She was offered a pastrychef position at the famous Michelinstarred restaurant Noma by a friend who was working alongside cofounder Rene Redzepi. She accepted the offer instantly. Now, she's bossing it with her own restaurants.
