Maida : 2.5 cups
Baking powder : 2 tsp
baking soda : 1 tsp
milk or curd : 2 cups
powdered sugar : 1.5 cups
refined oil : 1/2 cup
pineapple essence : 1 tsp

cream:
whipping cream : 1.5 cups
powdered sugar : 4 tbsp
pineapple essence : 1 tsp
yellow food colour : few drops

Sugar syrup:
sugar: 1/4 cup
water : 1/2 cup

Fruit filling:
sugar : 1/4 cup
pineapple : 1/2 cup
