cream:
whipping cream : 1.5 cups
powdered sugar : 4 tbsp
pineapple essence : 1 tsp
yellow food colour : few drops
Sugar syrup:
sugar: 1/4 cup
water : 1/2 cup
Fruit filling:
sugar : 1/4 cup
pineapple : 1/2 cup
