Eggplant 1 kg.
Cucumber1 PC .
Bulgarian pepper100g.
Carrots 1 PC.
Dill6070 gr.
Garlic6 teeth.
Vegetable oil 7 tablespoons.
Vinegar essence 70% 2 tsp.
Coriander2 tsp.
Paprika1 teaspoon.
Chilli pepper to taste.
Black pepperto taste.
Sugar 1 tbsp(to taste can add 1 tbsp.)
Salt1 teaspoon.
Soy sauce2 full tablespoons.The salad,stir, taste,adjust salt soy sauce.I added 2 more tablespoons.
