According to a study, one in ten Germans is addicted to work. Overworked workaholics are often tired, exhausted and depressed. They have a particularly high risk of suffering from depression or burnout. It is usually a predisposition that drives people to bury themselves in work and lose the balance between their job and the rest of their lives.
