All cartel hitmen are scary. After all, they think nothing of taking a human life. But some sicarios are simply stomachturning. These are the hitmen that take pleasure in inflicting pain on others and even laugh as the person next to them is taking their last breath.

It’s hard to imagine a person more evil than the hitman in today’s video. Fabian Urbino Morales, AKA El Payaso, became El Mencho’s trusted assassin within the Jalisco New Generation Cartel.

Within a few years, he committed crimes so vile that he shocked the most seasoned assassins – all the while wearing a clown mask. And as if that’s not bad enough, he filmed it, too.
