This guided visualisation is working with the first of the seven Sacred flames and the ascended masters and angels that over see them. This is the first of the Seven Sacred Flames series.

The sacred flame we will be working with is the First Ray, overseen by the ascended master El Morya whose etheric retreat is at the Temple of Goodwill in Darjeeling, India (you may wish to search for images of El Morya before beginning). The overseeing Archangel is Michael and we will work with him to release what holds us back. The colour of this ray is blue and is aligned to the throat chakra.
The attributes of the first ray are courage, faith, initiative, dependability, divine power, self reliance and certainty.
