How to Defeat Aging Untouchable and Get Aged One's Exultation and Swollen Grape in Shadow of the Erdtree DLC of game Elden Ring. Video shows how to use a shield to parry and use the small window to attack the Aging Untouchable. Use a shield already having the Parry game mechanic (like Albinauric Shield shown in video), or add it with an Ash of War: Parry. The location is near Church Ruins (in Abyssal Woods area). Note that if you fail, the Aging Untouchable will cast fatal Madness on you. The parry window is when the Aging Untouchable raises its wand. You may need to parry twice in order to get its health down to zero. If you touch a bell flower, it will attract the Aging Untouchable, give you time to sneak behind it. Note that I was unable to use the backstab mechanic. The first time you defeat an Aging Untouchable, you get the Aged One's Exultation, and the second time you get a Swollen Grape.
