This build is based off the NPC Yura/Shabriri. Sadly, I forgot to capture the build details today.

I used the Katana in the left hand like the NPC, however it wasn't great. I also added in more Frenzied spells to make it more engaging.

Song used is played by the freenzied merchants in the Cathedral of the Forsaken.
