Elden Ring Marika's Hammer tested against NG+7 bosses (highest difficulty) in Elden Ring without taking any damage or getting hit except for Mohg Lord of Blood's special move '' Nihil.'' Marika's Hammer is part holy damage which is not good vs. Elden Ring's end game bosses who can resist up to 80% holy damage, despite this the weapon holds up quite well and is definitely viable. Gold Breaker is a very strong Ash of War that allows you to rise in the air before slamming down, allowing for flashy highlights, ontop of doing good poise damage to bosses. ❗*This is a challenge run character and should not be copied for casual play*❗

In Elden Ring, Marika's Hammer is a sturdy hammer weapon that can be exchanged for the Elden Remembrance. Hammers are strong weapons that can deal a lot of damage to enemies, but they may not be as fast as other weapons.

Damage scales with weapon AR and deals both holy and physical damage. Holy damage increases with Faith Investment, physical damage increases with Strength and Dexterity investment.
The skill consists of the character jumping into the air while swinging the hammer back, levitating momentarily, and then lunging forward in the air to slam the hammer down and cause a large AoE explosion around the point of impact. The lunge portion of the attack travels significant horizontal distance and moves in an arc, bringing the character slightly higher into the air from the levitating point before slamming down at high speed.
Only the AoE portion of the skill requires FP; the movement aspects and the hammer strike work even with an empty bar.
The AoE explosion covers an area approximately the size of a Runebear.
As an airborne skill, it has infinite hyper armour for as long as the characters feet no longer touch the ground.


Stone hammer made in the lands of the Numen, outside the Lands Between. The tool with which Queen Marika shattered the Elden Ring and Radagon attempted to repair it.

The hammer partially broke upon shattering the Ring, becoming splintered with rune fragments.

NOTE: As of Patch 1.08, the speed and distance of some attacks have been increased and the recovery time has been reduced. While the poise damage of Hammers has been reduced, Poise damage when attacking with twohanded Hammers has been increased.
NOTE: As of Patch 1.09, the scaling values of this weapon were changed. Please refer to the Upgrades Table of this weapon below. Additionally, running attacks speed increase with reduced recovery time for hammers.
