In this elden ring video I've taken away lifesteal from Malenia, blade of Miquella and put her up against all the other main bosses in a boss vs boss fight, to test if she's still OP or not. According to the lore Malenia is a demigod but also a goddess, so I'm pretty sure she's still overpowered even without health regeneration.
