So after getting a new battery and adding a battery balancer, it seems to work great.
now to clean up the wiring and do a final video soon.
it I was going to do it again, I would have went with 1 36 volt battery and been done.
The problem with these batteries are the BMS system that seem to fail regularly.

if anyone has any information that may help.... please don't hesitate.
