As one simplest but yet a most important flow, the uniform flow is the most flow in the practical applications: the airplane travelling in the air; ships travelling on seas; cars running on the road; balls travelling in the air... As a uniform flow, the basic expression of a uniform flow is the constant velocity. in this talk, the uniform flow is proven as a potential and incompressible flow, and then we can show how to obtain the potential function for the uniform flow.
