Monthly test of the Elgin Illinois siren system, which occurs at 10:30AM on the first Tuesday of the month instead of the usual 10AM. Elgin has over 20 2001s on their system, some of which are solar powered. This SRN is located on top of City Hall downtown, and we recorded it from the parking garage located right next door. Made for quite an interesting vantage point, and it sure was punchy from up there.
