Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) is a type of public key cryptography that relies on the math of both elliptic curves as well as number theory. This technique can be used to create smaller, faster, and more efficient cryptographic keys. In this Elliptic Curve Cryptography tutorial, we build off of the DiffieHellman encryption scheme and show how we can change the DiffieHellman procedure with elliptic curve equations.
