After starting to suffer some pressure and pain in my chest, along with shortness of breath, my oncologist ordered an emergency CT scan. I was supposed to have one the following week but my symptoms prompted a quicker scan. This CT scan showed the cause of my difficulty breathing, chest pain and showed whether or not chemotherapy has been beneficial in fighting my ovarian carcinosarcoma cancer. The results of the scan are discussed.
