The mission of the Eisenhower Health Emergency Medicine Residency program is to provide our residents with a broadbased learning program in an environment of inquiry to prepare them for independent practice in the specialty. The residency program is designed to assist residents in developing competencies necessary to become outstanding clinicians, capable of managing diverse patient populations, and to become leaders of and advocates for their communities.
