In this tiny home tour, we share a brilliant 10' wide tiny house with a downstairs bedrooma real master suite! Empty nesters, Traci and Matt were looking for opportunities to simplify their lives after the kids left home. So they decided to build a tiny house on wheels in their backyard and rent out their primary home. No more mortgage!

They're both carpenters by trade. Matt led the framing, and Traci did everything else. The end result is a wonderfully custom #tinyhousewithdownstairsbedroom with inventive closets and bathroom access.
