Last week, a judge allowed the DOJ to reopen their investigation into NAR. Apparently, the DOJ will not rest until NAR has been completely destroyed and/or ends up in financial ruin (i.e. bankruptcy). Is this bad for REALTORS and good for consumers? Or is it the exact opposite?...
