The main character of Episode 29 of I Am an Outsider is Tanya Kim, who runs a spa in Bali, Indonesia. Tania graduated with a degree in Business Administration in Korea, then moved to the U.S. to study hotel management and build her career as a hotelier.

She worked as a hotelier in Korea for a year, but in 2003, she found a job in Singapore, where she lived for 10 years. After learning English in the U.S., she sought an Englishspeaking country in Asia, which led her to Singapore. Her last career role was in digital marketing and sales at a large company.

Tania and her husband moved to Bali in July 2023, with the dream of living there. Despite the challenges of starting a business as an outsider in Indonesia, she successfully opened Eden Spa, which is already gaining regular customers. She mentions that July and August brought many Korean visitors!

Tania plans to continue growing the Eden brand and expand into various ventures in Bali.
