Despite existing early childhood services, disparities in access still persist. This webinar served to launch the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Toolbox developed by UNICEF Europe & Central Asia and the International Step by Step Association. The webinar delved into how local governments can bridge these gaps in access. Speakers from the municipalities of Milan, Bucharest, Budapest, and Zagreb shared reallife examples of how they’re using the toolbox to boost service delivery and planning for young children and families in their cities.
