I’m in the Philippines right now! It’s been a while since I could enjoy a summer vacation!
In this video, I’ll show you what it’s like to do an EMS workout (I haven’t done it for a while).
I’m also going to show you a delicious summer bibimbap which is great to have before going on vacation.
I do a mix of workouts, mainly weights, Pilates, and EMS. EMS (electro muscle stimulation) is a type of workout that strengthens your muscles by stimulating them with a microcurrent device. I find that it works better when combined with personal training.
I’m going home tomorrow because Super is waiting for me!
