2 kg gạo nếp (glutinous rice)
600g đậu xanh không vỏ (green bean)
700g thịt 3 rọi (pork belly)
2 tbsp (30g) muối (salt)
300400g lá dứa (pandan)
GIA VỊ ƯỚP THỊT (spices for pork)
½ tbsp. (7g) muối (salt)
1,5 tbsp nước mắm (fish sauce)
1 tbsp đường (sugar)
3 tbsp hành tím băm (small shallot)
½ tbsp tiêu (pepper)
Vật liệu gói bánh (for pack cakes)
Lá chuối (banana leaves)
Dây cột như dây coton , dây chuối hoặc dây lạc (2mm cotton cord)
