“โซ่” (ดัง ณัฎฐ์ฐชัย) นักศึกษารัฐศาสตร์สาขาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศชั้นปีที่ 3 มีความฝันอยากไปเรียนต่อต่างประเทศด้วยการชิงทุนจากการแข่งขันโต้วาที แต่ก็ถูกเพื่อนสนิทอย่าง “แพท" (หลุยส์ ธณวิน) และ “กต" (เอเจ ชยพล) สบประมาทว่าโซ่ทำไม่ได้ เพราะแม้แต่การบอกรักคนที่แอบชอบมา 3 ปี อย่าง “นิตา” (เจมี่ จุฑาพิชญ์) ยังไม่กล้า จึงเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของแผนการจีบนิตา แต่แค่โซ่คนเดียวคงไม่รอด แพทจึงแนะนำให้ไปถาม “โจ๊ก” (จุง อาเชน) ซึ่งเป็นแฟนเก่าของนิตา แต่มีข้อแลกเปลี่ยนที่โซ่อาจต้องใช้ใจเดิมพันไม่รู้ตัว ปฏิบัติการจีบพร้อมแผนลับซ่อนเร้นจึงเริ่มขึ้น มาลุ้นและติดตามได้ใน “วาระซ่อนเร้น Hidden Agenda”
