Ingredients
2/3(200g) lotus roots, sliced thinly
1t vinegar
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
15g tree ear mushroom, chopped
salt, to taste
sesame oil, to taste
4T flour
2 eggs, beaten
cooking oil
Preparation)
1. In a boiling water, add vinegar; put lotus roots to cook for 2 minutes; rinse under cold running water. Drain.
2. In a bowl, add egg, choppped peppers and mushrooms to combine and mix.
3. Season the lotus roots with salt and sesame oil.
