When Ken's Blazer caught fire, he thought he was watching his most prized possession disappear before his eyes. Luckily he was able to get the fire put out before it caused irreparable damage. He then reached out to my buddy Gavin, who has gone independent with his own repair business, and Gavin decided to take on the challenge. That left the problem of getting it towed in to get the repairs started, so Gavin gave Ken my info and he reached out to get a price on a tow. After taking to Ken on the phone for a bit, I started to realize that this was no ordinary Blazer, and that I wanted to do something more than just offer him a free tow.
