This is Part 7 of a 7 part video series documenting the replacement of cylinder heads on the Toyota 3.4 L V6 5VZFE Engine. There’s many reasons why you might find yourself needing to remove the heads. You could have a suspected bad head gasket or cracked head. You could have a suspected issue with the head, like a burnt valve, and you need to rebuild the head. It could be because you’re rebuilding the entire engine. Whatever your reason to pull the cylinder heads, this video series will walk you through all the steps necessary to get the job done successfully.

In Part 7, we build up the very top of Timmy's 2000 4runner engine getting the spark plugs wires and coil packs back on, intake plenums on, throttle body on, air box on, air tube on, and battery reconnected. We then switch back to Sean's 2002 4runner engine and get his engine started. We do an engine oil and filter change, flush the cooling system, and finish with a compression check of the cylinders to see the final result of what we accomplished.
